What's Here?: As outlined in the Vision for a Collaborative Health Care System lower cost approaches are available that have been underutilized in the model we have today. The following lists some of the studies and research found on complementary and integrative health care to provide an overview of what its all about- and capitalize on the potential of seeking lower-cost alternatives as one method of impacting the cost of care we receive today.

NEW The Affordable Care Act and Beyond; A Stakeholder Conference on Integrated Healthcare Reform; Integrated Healthcare Policy Consortium, Institute for Integrative Health, Palmer College of Chiropractic; September, 2010 (Right after the ACA was passed, a group of integrative health care provider groups joined together to see what they needed to do to move the idea into the mainstream of America's health care system. Since traditional health care has not been all that embracing- they rely a great deal on enforcement and strengthening of the law.
