Listening to Health Care Consumers (public opinion, surveys, and profiles)

It's Time To Listen If We're Really Going To Be Patient-Centered

What's Here?: We've included information describing the general characteristics, public opinion, and trends of today's health care consumer including Deloitte's 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 Survey of Health Care Consumer. Consumers are going to have a new role and new responsibilities. It will be important they are engaged and understand the roles they are expected to play. It's equally important to know and respect what they are thinking. Check out the segments at the right for either polling information or the survey work that has been released to keep the "pulse" on the trends of what is happening with the individual consumer.
