Consumer Engagement- We're Missing Something (A review of Deloitte's 2011 Consumer Health Survey and the challenges the system is facing to improve engagement because of a lack of trust); July 2011

A Letter From The 2010 Health Care Consumers (Another look at consumer characteristics in health care); May, 2010

The Different Segments of Health Care Consumers (A look at the unique characteristics of the health care consumer); August, 2008
