Some Fun Things We've Already Done (Our Experience)
Ø Market Research and Analysis: We completed a detailed market analysis for a health care organization that resulted in a complete restructuring of the marketing and distribution structure of the company. This analysis was presented to the Board of Directors and all Senior Leadership throughout the company and was instrumental in changing the culture and direction of the company.
Ø Operational Transformation: After a major systems conversion within a health care organization we had the opportunity to restructure and redesign the operational management structure to improve service delivery. This was a high-profile initiative that needed to be completed within a six-month time-frame. The activities included defining the organizational structure, developing job descriptions and responsibilities, defining work-flow and process, and determining the resources that would be required for ongoing performance.
Ø High-Profile Special Project Execution: We were responsible for planning and executing a major “network expansion” initiative for a subsidiary company of a large health care organization throughout the
Ø New Business Development: We created, planned, and executed a new business launch within a Fortune 50 health care organization. This new business initiative was focused on establishing an internet-based resource to assist health care consumers in becoming more engaged and accountable for health, wellness, and lifestyles. In addition to the technical development, this project included the development of the business plan, establishing funding requirements, branding and marketing, and developing the team responsible for the project execution.
Ø Business Planning and Business Strategy Development: We assisted a Chiropractic IPA in a total business transformation and assisted them in meeting some unique challenges in the new health care market. This project included coordinating an operational transformation, establishing new partners, interfacing with health plan customers, facilitating the clinical strategy and communication, and recommending the leadership structure that would be required for continued success in the future.
Ø Communication, Education, and Marketing Support: We have experience in planning, developing, and executing the communication strategies throughout the health care marketplace with multiple audiences including; message creation, value-proposition definition, branding strategies, proposal design, web-strategies, and more.
Ø Strategic Planning: We’ve facilitated numerous strategic planning sessions and helped organizations put their strategic plans and business plans together. This has included a variety of different organizations including; provider organizations, specialty health care organizations, health plans, and new business ideas.
Ø Sales Support and Account Management: We’ve also helped several organizations develop their sales, distribution, and account management structures and assisted in brand messaging, product identity, market research, and a variety of other marketing and sales support needs.
