Collaborative Engagements (Collaboration Service Retainer)
We pride ourselves in our ability to work within your organization and become a valuable resource for new initiatives, planning, market analysis, and project execution. Collaboration is more than a “quick-fix”, but it is more is a relationship we establish to inject a new set of eyes and new ideas and thoughts when you need them. Collaboration is all about working together, exceptional communication, and defined execution toward a common goal. We become part of your team- on a temporary basis- to help you create, innovate, and collaborate in a wide variety of areas. We’ll work with you to define the Scope of our efforts, and structure the commitment to make certain the goals you envision are the results you obtain.
90 Day Collaboration Engagement- For those projects where you just need help in getting all of your information and resources organized and defined. We’ll help you put it all together, define your Scope and mission, establish your communication channels, connect with other collaborative partners (if needed), and put the plan together you can monitor and execute after we’re gone. If it’s a project that can be completed in 90 days- we’ll help you to get it done.
180 Day Collaboration Engagement- Here, we’ll go a step further and help you get started on your program execution. You’ll have access to our visualization and planning tools (if you don’t have them) and we’ll support your “Project Champions” to help guide and lead them to deliver the results you expect.
12 Month Collaboration Engagement- We become a much more integral part of your team for those longer projects that require solid planning and exceptional execution. We can become your internal “Project Champions” (if you don’t have them already) to plan, organize, and execute the tasks that are required to support your new ideas and initiatives for the health care market today.
