Change Is Happening- Are Your Ready?

One thing is for certain in health care- change is going to continue to happen. Following the rules and processes you used last year may or may not work next year. Based upon the work of Malcolm Gladwell (The Tipping Point) we've put together a seminar/workshop that is designed to get health care organizations to think in a different context. The Tipping Point workshop provides a perspective of the brutal realities in health care- from the perspective of the patient/consumer. It outlines the values most important to individuals in health care (which are different from the values defined in the health care industry). And, it challenges organizations to honestly assess their own status in creating a "tipping point" within their own organization.
